10 pounds in 10 days! Shredded in 30! We've all seen and heard the many claims that diet programs make. But very few of them help you with your long term goals. Once desire and motivation are gone, its all too easy to blame yourself for simply not being disciplined enough.

The hardest lesson I've learned is that feeling and looking great are not the result of any single effort, it's not cutting out carbs or eating low fat, it's not working out like a fiend or berating yourself when you slip up. It's the understanding that there is no quick fix and that you are going to mess up along the way. But (and there is a but), having the right facts, the proper support and the ability to weed through all the misinformation out there is going to make all the difference for you!
